If you are planning a major remodel, we can help you know what’s possible based on pipe location, etc. Some changes may take more time and work if it requires rearranging the plumbing. When you are planning an improvement project, we will present a clear written proposal with clear pricing for consideration by your board. Should your board decide to go ahead with the project, we will work within the schedules of the residents and, to make it easier on you, we’ll schedule work directly with residents. We are familiar with the respective responsibilities of the association and residents and do our work within these constraints. We provide you with full written documentation of work done and with the accounting information that HOAs need.

Sewer Repair

More annoying and aggravating than a clogged drain is a sewer backup! No one wants this to happen in their home. A good warning sign is if you notice a sewer smell around your house or hear gurgling when flushing the toilet. If you notice those signs, call us right away!

A common cause of sewer backups is roots in the lines. We can clear the roots and get your drains flowing in the right direction again. Don’t hesitate to call us if you sense something is going on with your sewer system. Having the problem fixed as soon as possible can prevent a stinky disaster!
